At Lipoxy, we do our best to ensure that your personalized creations reach you quickly and in perfect condition.
1. Delivery Zones
We deliver to mainland France.
For orders outside of France (European Union, French Overseas Departments and Territories), please contact us before placing your order.
2. Preparation and shipping times
Custom products: generally allow 2 to 5 working days for manufacturing before shipping.
Products in stock: dispatch within 48 working hours.
Delivery times then vary depending on the carrier chosen (on average 2 to 5 working days).
3. Delivery methods
We offer several delivery options:
Colissimo home delivery or to a collection point
Mondial Relay collection point
Hand delivery possible in Villefranche-sur-Saône (by appointment).
4. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process, based on weight and the chosen delivery method.

5. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package in real time.
6. Delivery delays or problems
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
In case of a damaged package, you must report it immediately to the carrier and contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.
7. Return of parcel
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it at a collection point, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
