Terms and Conditions - Lipoxy

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the Lipoxy website. By validating their order, the customer accepts these GTC without reservation.

2. Products

  • The items offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.

  • As these are personalized products, slight variations may exist between the image shown and the final product.

  • The photos are not contractual.

3. Price

  • Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (TTC).

  • Delivery charges are added at the time of order.

  • Lipoxy reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

  • The customer must provide accurate and complete information when placing their order.

  • An order is only considered final after confirmation of payment.

5. Payment

  • Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal or any other method offered on the site.

  • Transactions are secured through our payment providers.

6. Delivery

  • The terms and delivery times are specified in our Delivery Policy.

  • Lipoxy cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

  • In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, manufactured according to the customer's specifications.

  • For non-personalized products, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Responsibility

  • Lipoxy cannot be held responsible in case of misuse of the product by the customer.

  • In the event of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, carrier breakdown, etc.), the execution of the contract may be suspended or cancelled.

9. Protection of personal data

The information collected is necessary for order processing and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All elements of the site (texts, images, graphics, logo, etc.) are the exclusive property of Lipoxy.

  • Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior authorization.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

  • In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact Lipoxy in order to find an amicable solution.

  • In the absence of an agreement, the competent court will be that of the defendant's place of residence or, at the customer's option, the place of delivery of the product.
