Lipoxy Refund Policy
At Lipoxy, every order is prepared with care. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. This policy outlines the applicable refund conditions.
1. Customized products
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged (except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part).
In case of a problem related to personalization (text error, pattern or colour different from what was approved), we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
2. Non-personalized products
You have 14 calendar days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is ours.
3. Defective or damaged products
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will either provide a replacement or a full refund, including the initial delivery charges.
